Hello! My name is Sabina....and I am 32(gasp!) y old from Bosnia and Herzegovina. A little country in the middle of Europe that most people remember by '84 winter Olympics or by a terrible war in the early 90s. For the most part I had a happy chindhood. I am so happy that I belonged to ageneration of kids who grew up without all the Screens! ...No video games, no internet... weplayed outside whole day, built forts, climbedtrees, played in the mud, took care of stray dogsand cats....We used our imagination! I am very grateful for that! There werealso 4 years that were notso carefree.....the war...I was 11 when itstarted. I was old enough to know what washappening but too young to grasp the severity of it. I wouldnt wish that on anyone.....But living through that taught me to appreciate Life! Every single thing! No matter how small...I am grateful for everything I was given. For everything I get to experience....Grateful for my family, friends....Grateful that I get to live in beautiful Canada....When I look bak at my life its a pretty unusual story....
